1. First 20 minutes of your day, do intense exercise. Skip, burpees, high-knees will release dopamine. This will change how your brain responds to stress.
2. Second 20 minutes? Look at your plan. Know your values. A vague plan is not an effective one.
3. Third 20 minutes of your day? Learn. Listen to audio books. Register for conferences. Challenge yourself to learn more.
